Any digital products (i.e., video downloads, courses, audio downloads, ebooks, etc.) for sale at wholespectrumwellness.net/jacynthakamor.com are non-refundable, and all sales on these products will be considered final.
WSW/JK will consider a partial refund on any product or online course within 7 days from purchase with the following requirements.
Online Courses: No refunds will be made after the 2nd lesson has been completed, or 7 days has been passed. A non-refundable administrative fee of 25% of the price of the course will be applied.
Live Online Events: Your tuition for a live class purchase can only be applied to a different class. Any classes you exchange must be done before 1 week prior to the beginning of the class. You will be charged a 25% administrative fee for any exchanges.
After you have purchased a digital, and/or completed a live course, upon your request we will delete any of your records that you may have given us during your time at WSW/JK. You may delete your account at any time by contacting our office.
